Do you have a dream to visit Canada? Do you require a Temporary Tourist Visa or Visitor Visa in Canada to fulfill your dream? With Chopra Immigration your dream turns into reality. A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), otherwise known as Visitor Visa, is an Immigration document placed inside your passport to allow Entry or Transit Through Canada. TRVs are of two types: single Entry and Multiple Entry. A single Entry visa only allows one-time entry, while a multiple entry visa allows entry as many times as required until the Visa is valid. Multiple Entry visa can be valid for up to 10 years and permit stay up to 6 months, but the exact validity period is at the discretion of the visa officer issuing it.
TRVs are also issued with study permits and Work permits, facilitating travel to Canada so that permit can be issued at entry. Most of the times multiple entry visas are issued with Permits allowing you to leave and re-enter Canada if you wish to.
However, having a Visa does not mean that you have right to Enter Canada, you need to demonstrate your ability and intention to leave Canada and have enough money to support yourself during your stay in Canada. If the officer at the Airport of Port of Entry (POE) is not satisfied the officer has the authority to cancel the Visa.
